10/16/11 Las Vegas Motor Speedway: Tributes and condolences poured in swiftly following the announcement that two-time Indianapolis 500 winner and 2005 IZOD IndyCar Series champion Dan Wheldon had died from injuries suffered in a multiple-car crash Oct. 16 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
